Reunite with Your Partner in Australia
The Partner Visa (Subclass 309 and 100) allows the spouse or de facto partner of an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia.
This visa follows a two-stage process, beginning with a temporary visa (Subclass 309) and progressing to permanent residency (Subclass 100) once eligibility requirements are met.
At RR Patel Overseas And Education Private Limited, we support couples worldwide with careful preparation, strong relationship evidence, and end-to-end visa guidance.
